6. 相手の住所を送ってもらうRequest of the mail address

Dear Jack

 How are you doing?  Is it as cold in Ohio as it is in Japan?  It’s two degrees Celsius here. That’s about fifty four degrees Fahrenheit. I have been looking for your mailing address for several weeks.  I must have misplaced it because I know I wrote it down somewhere.  Now I need it soon. Please send me your mailing address as soon as possible.  Otherwise, I cannot send your package.
